About the A27
The A27 is an compact L-Sealer that will cut and seal various types of film. The A27 has different variations and options available such as print and apply labeling and can hold two different types of printers for options.

I have created custom components and attachments to this product per customer requests.
My Involvement:
The goal of this project was to design an adjusting mechanism to install two types of printer options.

My role on the project was to design the functionality of the following function/features:

Design a locking system to fix printer stand to the A27.

Engineer a sliding mechanism that can adjust the location of the printer applicator, while withstanding a cantilever load.

Ensure printer could fit inside machine profile.

Results:
Designed sliding mechanism to withstand cantilever load and position the printer to desired position dictated by product dimensions.
