About the FasFil M
The FasFil M is a manual paper dispenser to fill the void in a box for low volume applications.
There were two goals when designing the FasFil M:

Minimize production unit cost

Create a machine that can form and tear paper without any moving mechanical components.
My Involvement:
I was the sole owner of this product development process.

This project required me to consider the following:

Ergonomics and user interface

Design mechanism that tears paper to the appropriate size

Created and experimented multiple dispenser shapes

Material management and design options to ensure cost was below target

Project Results
The FasFil M received positive market feedback and is selling globally. Customers have no issue with forming and tearing paper. The FasFil M allows users to pull any amount of paper at their will and allow ease of tearing without a knife or scissors.
